STRIKE POLICY
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
If you would like to change the scheduled delivery time for your order, please call our store at 410-267-3000. Please try to let us know by 6PM the night before. Rescheduling the day of delivery may result in loss of sale pricing and/or a strike on the patient profile.
CAN I CALL THE STORE TO PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER?
We strongly encourage that you place your delivery order on our online website so you can choose your own delivery date and time when placing the order. However, feel free to call about any issues.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
We put your order together for you and add you to the delivery route. All you must do is make yourself available during your scheduled delivery window and answer the call from our drivers/coordinators when they are arriving at the delivery address.
WHAT IF I ORDER MORE THAN MY AVAILABLE ALLOTMENT?
We will check your allotment before your delivery date. If the available allotment is insufficient, we will attempt to contact you to make any necessary adjustments. If we cannot get in contact the order will be cancelled and put back.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?
To make any adjustments to your order please call our store at 410-267-3000. We can make adjustments until 6PM the night before your scheduled delivery.
When adding products on to an order, we will go by the price for the day off the add on.
